TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
If there are any special conditions associated with the tours you will be informed at the time of booking of the relevant cancellation conditions that will apply. For tours without special conditions, cancellation charges will be applied relative to the period of notice between the cancellation notification and the date the service is due to commence.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you cannot attend the tour you booked or you want to cancel a car transfer, refunds will be provided based on the notification periods listed below
10 or more days before the tour: 80% of the cost
Between 3 and 9 days before the tour: 50% of the cost
Less than 48 hours before the tour: No refund
All cancellations must be made in writing (via e-mail) and need to be reconfirmed by us. We do not accept cancellations by phone or by third parties
PRIVATE TRANSFERS AND TAILOR-MADE SIGHTSEEING TOURS
If you are travelling with a baby, infant or a small child it is your responsibility to inform Salzburg Private Tours so that we can provide the correct child/infant car seat, or ensure that you bring with you, as well as fit, the correct child /infant seat for use in your booked vehicle. Failure to do so could result in the service being withdrawn with no possibility of a refund.
Important Information for Sightseeing Tours – Tips are not included. These are at your discretion. The suppliers of the sightseeing tours reserve the right to ask any person or persons to withdraw from any tour due to inappropriate or offensive behaviour or being a nuisance to other passengers and/or the driver/guide and there shall be no further liability on the behalf of Salzburg Private Tours. The suppliers of the sightseeing tours bear no liability for articles forgotten or lost in their vehicles. The suppliers of the sightseeing tours reserve the right to alter the itinerary or to cancel the tours at any time with no notice and for any reason. In the event that the tour must be cancelled you will be offered at least one of the following options:
To join the requested tour at an alternative time or on an alternative date.
To join an alternative tour.
To receive a full refund from Salzburg Private Tours.
